We’re based in Palm Beach County, Florida, and work with clients throughout the state and across the U.S.
Process & Onboarding
How do I know which service is right for me?
Start with a 45 minute free strategy call. We’ll learn about your goals, where your current gaps lie and much more. From there we will recommend the right entry point — from a introductory Total Online Presence Audit to a full Strategy First Engagement.
How soon can we start?
Strategy First begins within two to four weeks. Simpler introductory engagements can often start within days. The complete Strategy First process typically takes about 45 days to complete.
What happens after Strategy First?
You’ll have a complete marketing roadmap to guide implementation. You can execute internally or move into a Marketing Leadership Retainer for ongoing direction and execution.
Will I work directly with someone?
Yes. You’ll work directly with Mark Dawson (Agency CEO) and a dedicated project manager or strategist depending on your engagement level
Pricing & Timelines
How much does it cost to work with RWA?
Entry-level options into Strategy First start at $799, Strategy First Engagements begin around $7,500, and Marketing Leadership Retainers typically range from $4,000–$10,000 per month, depending on scope. We price base don outcomes over output and take a revenue based approach to pricing.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. Strategy First is a typical 45-day engagement. After that, ongoing retainer are agreed upon dependent on scope of work and established timelines.
Do you accept credit card or ACH payments?
Yes we accept both. We use secure automated billing for recurring retainers and standard invoicing for project work.
Can my TOPA or other entry level engagements be applied toward future work?
Yes — if you move forward within 14 days, we’ll credit your investment toward your next engagement.
Ownership & Deliverables
Who owns the work you produce?
You do. All assets, files, and marketing systems created through your engagement are fully owned by your organization once payment is complete.
Do you provide editable design files and strategy documents?
Yes. You’ll receive final files and editable versions for internal use. We believe in transparency and client ownership.
Can you work alongside my in-house marketing team?
Absolutely. Many of our clients retain us to provide leadership and structure for their internal teams or vendors.
Results & Ongoing Support
When will I start seeing results?
Strategy-driven marketing creates momentum over time. Most clients begin to see measurable improvements in brand visibility, consistency, and lead quality within the first 90 days of execution.
How do you measure success?
We track results through monthly dashboards that monitor website traffic, lead generation, engagement, and conversions — all tied back to your original goals.
What happens if my business changes direction?
We revisit your strategy quarterly to ensure your marketing evolves with your goals. Flexibility is built into every engagement.
