The Health Care District of Palm Beach County selected Ryan William’s Agency through a competitive RFP to lead a complete rebrand — unifying its many programs, facilities, and services under one cohesive identity. The initiative brought consistency, clarity, and pride to a critical organization serving the county’s most vulnerable residents.

Challenge

Established in 1988, the Health Care District of Palm Beach County provides vital services to uninsured and underinsured residents through hospitals, trauma care, nursing programs, addiction recovery, and public health services.
Over decades of growth, the District had acquired and developed multiple independent entities — each with its own look, feel, and message. This lack of cohesion led to public confusion and fragmented perception of the organization’s mission and impact.

Our Approach

Ryan William’s Agency conducted a comprehensive brand audit and stakeholder review to understand how each part of the District connected to the whole.
We then:
- Developed a new logo, tagline, and visual identity system that unified all divisions under one recognizable brand.
- Created a 101-page brand guide detailing logo usage, color palette, typography, and templates for both internal and external communications.
- Designed internal and external brand launch campaigns to engage staff, promote buy-in, and introduce the new identity to the public.
- Crafted messaging that emphasized the District’s human-centered mission and its essential role in supporting the health of every Palm Beach County resident.

Results

The “We Care for All” brand launched in 2024, creating a unified identity across dozens of facilities and programs for the first time in the District’s history.
