Our Process

First Step: Listen

You likely don't know it, but you're already an expert on website design and navigation. Why? Because you probably visited a dozen of them already just today. Sure, you may refer to a dropdown menu item as "that About Us thingie you click at the top," but we know what you mean. Step 1 is a lot of you talking and a lot of us listening. Ramble on! We got this and you!

Second Step: Design

If we were good at our job during Step 1, we have a decent idea of what you want your site to look like. From skulls, snakes, muscle cars and tattoos to crisp white minimalist designs clean enough for the most wound up CEO at IBM, we've done it before. At RWA, we put you in the driver's seat of a self-driving vehicle. Translation: You're in charge, but your job is easy-peasy.

Third Step: Build It

At RWA, we don't contract with website developers in other countries who use proprietary HTML code---builders who can vanish and leave you with a website that can never be modified. We have a team here who specializes in WordPress, an open source platform with programmers around the globe who can update your website if we are ever abducted by aliens.

Fourth Step: Tweak

The final step is tweaking your new website, then tweaking it again and again, until it's absolutely the way you want it and you're ready to go live. Even then, however, the tweaks will continue in perpetuity, which is really the point. Because websites are living online documents made to evolve and grow as your business does. And don't worry, we'll be here to help, aliens or no aliens.

But what if I just want changes to my existing site?

Would you commission Pablo Picasso to touch up an existing painting? No, you'd give him free rein to do his thing on a big, beautiful empty canvas. Look, we really, really want to create a brand new website for you. But if you already have a masterpiece that just needs to reflect some changes in your business like employees coming or going or a new line of widgets you're selling or you just shot some awesome new drone footage, then sure. We can do it. Just be ready for that look of disappointment. Did we say how much we want to build you a new website?
