Although Atlantic Crest Homes experienced decades of success, selling out every community it created, the residential real estate market in South Florida has experienced tremendous growth over the last decade. Kennedy Homes originally approached Ryan William's Advertising Agency for a fresh perspective on its 50-year history of developing more than 40 residential communities throughout South Florida. Kennedy Homes had been successful prior to enlisting our services. However, its principals weren’t certain as to how their marketing should adapt to keep pace with the changing economy. Its decision-makers realized that continuing on its current path could result in a downturn of the developer's previous success.
